Where do you ship your products?
Hyeja offers international shipping. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Korea, and shipped via DHL EXPRESS WORLDWIDE. ORDERS SHIPPED BY DHL EXPRESS HAVE AN ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME OF 2-5 WORKING DAYS. ORDERS SHIPPED BY EMS (KOREA POST) HAVE AN ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME OF 7-14 WORKING DAYS.
We put sustainability and safety of the parcel as no.1 priority when it comes to shipping. All products are carefully covered in a dust bag, and packaged with paper wrap to ensure the product is safe. Every packaging process is video recorded to ensure products are properly in place. All parcels are packaged sustainably. We ship for safety first. Good things come to those who wait.
NOTE: Customer’s total purchase price does not include duties, taxes, tariffs, or any other costs associated with clearing the purchased goods through customs. These fees are the customer's responsibility alone.

WILL HYEJA SKINCARE PRODUCTS HELP ME WITH...?
While we don't make medicinal or efficacy claims about our skincare products, we do recognize the holistic benefits of our vegan formula with flower and plant extracts. Hyeja skincare products are EVE VEGAN (FR) approved, and clinically tested for skin irritation so it is safe to use for all skin types. All of our products are formulated with essential oils, absolutes, and other plant extracts. For more information please refer to each product description
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS VEGETARIAN/VEGAN? DO YOU TEST ON ANIMALS ALSO HOW CAN WE ASSURE IF ITS VEGAN?
All of our manufacturing process and products are monitored and controlled by EVE VEGAN (FR) and Approved by the institute. We are 100% Vegan from the manufacturing process, to sourcing ingredients. We also have a strong philosophy in veganism as a brand. Sustainability isn’t just about minimizing waste, It’s also about protecting the environment and the animals.
HOW DO YOU SOURCE YOUR INGREDIENTS?
We work closely with our partners to sustainably source the highest quality ingredients from around the world and thoroughly monitor each supplier to ensure that their company ethics and priorities match our own. We proudly know exactly where each ingredient comes from, when, and how it was harvested, and we require full documentation and composition testing on any ingredient we introduce in order to ensure complete, unadulterated purity.
WHERE AND HOW ARE HYEJA PRODUCTS MADE?
All of our products are designed, meticulously formulated and bottled by our factories in Korea. All factories comply with CGMP compliance, and all factories and Laboratories are VEGAN and Cruelty-Free approved facilities.
Our Manufacturing and design process is under the guidance of chemists and dermatologist experts to create relentless, high-performing formulations that are meticulously tested for efficacy, safety and stability.
ARE HYEJA PRODUCTS UNISEX AND SAFE FOR ALL SKIN TYPES?
Yes, all of our products are gender neutral and designed to be soothing enough for sensitive and problematic skin types. We recommend allowing 2 weeks for your skin to adapt to a new product. As all skin is unique and can interact differently with natural ingredients, we recommend performing a patch test prior to use. If you have any specific concerns or medical issues, please consult your physician before using.
WHAT MAKES HYEJA DIFFERENT FROM OTHER "SKINCARE" PRODUCTS?
Our Skincare products are modern, yet rooted in Korean tradition. They are influenced by our traditional skincare method with advanced Korean Beauty technology. Formulated with Vegan ingredients, we ensured all ingredients are cruelty free, fragrance free, non-synthetic surfactant, non-synthetic preservative and pigment. HYEJA skincare products are natural, but not overly simple. Our products are manufactured in a CGMP facilities, experts in Dermatology and Korean beauty technology.
HOW ARE YOUR PRODUCTS PRESERVED?
We do not use any synthetic preservatives in our products. Each formula is comprised with one or more vegan/natural antioxidants to extend shelf life and guarantee safety.
IS YOUR PACKAGING RECYCLABLE?
Almost all of our packaging is recyclable with the exception of certain components in our mixed material closures. Our boxes, glass bottles, and all shipping materials (that includes our packing tape, outer sticker, paper fill) are made from sustainable content and are 100% recyclable. We are committed to reducing our footprint as best we can and are continually searching for innovative and sustainable packaging solutions.

HOW DO YOU CALCULATE YOUR PRICING?
Since Hyeja means Love and Grace, the initiatives to start Hyeja Skincare has been to provide everyone with high quality Vegan skincare products at an affordable price. We managed to do this by minimizing our profit, spending less in commercialised advertising, and focusing on the quality of our products. We believe that if our purpose is genuine, people will notice our love and value of existence.
HOW LONG DO THE PRODUCTS LAST BEFORE EXPIRING?
If stored properly, our products have a shelf life of at least 24 months. Flower and plant extracts are active, natural materials. Take care to store your in a room temperature environment, away from direct sunlight.
