FOR CUSTOMERS IN South Korea (한국 구매)
All International orders are shipped from Korea, via FEDEX INTERNATIONAL PRIORITY OR EMS POST KOREA.
ORDERS SHIPPED BY FEDEX HAVE AN ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME OF 2-5 WORKING DAYS. ORDERS SHIPPED BY EMS (KOREA POST) HAVE AN ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME OF 7-14 WORKING DAYS.
Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 days once the payment has been recieved. You will be notified with an order confirmation once your purchase has been made, followed by a tracking number once your item has left our warehouse in Korea.

As with all beauty products, your skin will take up to 2 weeks to naturally take into effect. We kindly consider the nature of Vegan Skincare and ask you to wait and be consistent in application to see the transformative effects of your Hyeja products.
NOTE: Healthy life style have significant impact in your skincare.
Unfortunately we do not accept returns or exchanges due to the nature of Vegan skincare. All transactions are nonrefundable. Nevertheless, we would like to hear from you about your feedback or inquiries regarding your experience. We'll respond to you as soon as possible.
